Bookings and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the payment capture is reported as completed and a booking reference is displayed. A PayPal order that remains created, approved, pending, denied or otherwise incomplete does not confirm a class place.
Availability is checked on the server. A place may become unavailable before payment finishes. Pending reservations automatically expire so that uncompleted attempts do not block a class indefinitely.
Services and suitability
Program descriptions provide general guidance. The teaching team may recommend another level or format after observing the student or reviewing the information supplied. Material access, health, injury or support needs should be disclosed before the class so reasonable arrangements can be considered.
Changes, cancellation and attendance
Requests to change or cancel a booking should be sent promptly to sales@internationaldanceinstitute.com.au with the booking reference. The final business policy should specify notice periods, transfer rules, make-up classes, refunds, illness and teacher-initiated cancellations before launch.
Late arrival may reduce the usable session time. A session may be stopped where continuing would be unsafe or materially disruptive.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and recalculated on the server from the selected service. The website does not sell or ship physical goods. Payment is processed through PayPal; additional PayPal terms may apply to the payer’s account or funding instrument.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
